Orugami Terra Glamping

The Orugami rests on top of the ground, has a wood flooring, and its walls and ceiling are textile membranes that cover the interior space, protecting it while maintaining a subtle contact with the exterior. Doors, windows and ventilation spots are covered with special pieces that can be opened and assure the needed comfort conditions.

Features

Microarchitecture conceived to enjoy nature. It is modular and can be extended lengthwise. It is detachable and transportable, which allows for it to be installed in any natural environment. The technical materials we use are extremely resistant to dyamic actions and to the outdoors.

Installation and maintenance instructions

ORUGAMI is a prefabricated and detachable system that can be packed in very little space and sent to anywhere in the world.
The installation of the Orugamis requires to be executed with the collaboration of three people advised following the assembly guide. We can either advise you or put at your disposal a professional mounting service to assure a correct operation of the installation.

Technical details

Textile membranes made from technical high tenacity polyester fabric with PVC coating.

The fabric is resistant to tearing, nonflammable, self cleaning with rainwater, and repelling to dust and contamination.

The structure is composed by hoops made by anticorrosive, stainless steel.

The ropes, wires and straps of the installation are made of tested and regularized industrial materials, with a safety factor x7 times the maximum load.

The connection elements are professional materials for tensioned installations, steels and high strength alloys.

Warranties

We work with textiles from INDUSTRIAL SEDÓ and sew our membranes with special thread TENARA from the GORE brand.
